Student Grievances

POLICY


Students will have an opportunity to voice grievances and receive a response in a timely manner.

PROCEDURE


  • Grievances may be submitted verbally or in writing.

  • The director will be notified of any/all grievances.

  • The director will respond to grievances within 14 days.

  • The following chain of command shall be followed when disputing a grade:

    • The instructor, then

    • The program director
